Kale, anchovies, tomato, garlic spaghettini

Delicious!
The best part? Kale’s from my friend’s garden, and the garlic & tomatoes are from my dad’s garden. Fresh organic veggies taste SO MUCH better!!
Dinner was ready in less than 20 minutes. =) Beau loved it!

Kale, anchovies, tomato, garlic (lots of it!) spaghettini
Ingredients:
Kale, anchovies, tomatoes, garlic, spaghettini – just throw in whatever portion for each. Be creative. =)
1. Cook the spaghettini according to the instructions on the package.
2. Heat up oil in a pan. Fry garlic until fragrance.
3. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mintues.
4. Add anchovies (mmMmMmm!) and cook for 2 minutes. You’d notice the anchovies slowly become a paste. MmMMmMmm!!!!!!
5. Add kale and cook for a minute.
6. Finally add in the cooked spaghettini and mix well.
DONE!

Simple, healthy, and delicious, and not to mention quick to cook. What a perfect meal!!
