Zaru Soba, Green Bean Shira-ae, Japanese Pickled Cucumber
priss | June 29, 2012All right. I must admit that working full time, being a full time mommie and a full time wifey is preventing me from updating my blog! So to put a stop of that, I’ll write very short blogs from now on and the theme is –> Tonight’s Menu.
I love to eat and so always try my best to make yummy dinners for us and baby G. We are blessed to have a baby who basically eats everything that moves or don’t move (yup she has eaten (chewed on) the rice scoop, non-toxic crayons, straws, keys, credit cards, dirty socks, + a gazillion other things). I think it’s because I started introducing texture to her since she started on solid food, aside from her usual home-made baby food, I can also put whatever we eat on her plate and she’d finish them off. I love introducing different flavors to her too to open up her palate.
Basically, I’m “training” her to be…. me. Haha.
Can’t help it. I love food… way too much. =)
I’ll include what baby G eats whenever possible. Hopefully this would give you some ideas on what to make for dinner.
Tonight’s menu:

Zaru Soba, Green Bean Shira-ae, Japanese Pickled Cucumber + miso soup (I used dashi for it too). Enjoy!
