Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb and Dark Chocolate Tart Recipes
priss | March 16, 2012So about a year and a half ago, me and ma beautiful BFF Mirela made a kick-ass Indian dinner for our beau’s - Chilli Chicken + Shahi Paneer + Naan. Last weekend, our beau’s cooked for us, while we took care of our adorable munchkins – baby Geneve & baby Azra.
Well, let me backtrack a bit. The plan was that our hubbies would cook together for us. But guess what, when I presented that idea to ma beau Charles, he went “THAT’S SO GAY!” -_-” So the plan got changed. Mirela and Nin made 2 appies and a side, Charles made 2 main courses, and I handled the dessert.
And, everything worked perfectly together, and our little miracles behaved the whole night! What a great time!
Nin’s vegetable soup ~ light with amazing aroma. Very refreshing!

Mirela’s broccoli salad with nutty lemony vinaigrette & mashed potato ~ Delicious and compliment the main courses perfectly!

Chef beau’s signature pasta ~ Beef pasta with fresh and dried shiitake mushrooms in Chef beau’s secret sauce. The dried mushroom tend to have more fragrance than the fresh ones. Love it! For the pasta, he used egg pasta. MmMMmMm~ As for the sauce, he is only sharing it with friends. Message me if you wanna know!
I must say that I love the pasta Chef beau makes with his special sauce!!! ♥

& here is the main dish everyone looks forward to!
Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb

Finally, ma dessert!
Dark Chocolate Tart with candied ginger. It’s deadly!
