Flash Mob Vancouver 2010 + Valentine’s day + Year of the Tiger~

WOW! I’m so thrilled that I took part in the Dancing in the Street Flash Mob Vancouver 2010 — on the second day of the Vancouver Olympics Winter Games. It was a blast! Check out the video. =D

This February is probably the most interesting month so far. Everything’s crammed together… the Olympics, business trip, even Valentine’s day and Chinese New Year fall on the same day! Did you know that 57 years ago, Chinese New Year and Valentine’s occured on the same day, and the next time it’ll happen is 38 years from now? That’s so cool!

My Valentine’s day started out sweet. Beau knows that my favorite Olympic mascot is Mukmuk – a cute little Vancouver Island marmot who is referred as “the sidekick to the Vancouver 2010 Mascots”. So he’s a little fan of the rest of the 3 “real” mascots! I think he’s totally being left out! Even McD’s kids meal toys don’t have Mukmuk! GAaAAaA!!! I love Mukmuk! I think he’s the cutest~ =D He also loves to eat… haha maybe that’s why I like him so much. XD

Anyway, back to my Valentine’s day. So yesterday after I had my teeth cleaned (by my awesome dentist btw), Beau got me a mini Mukmuk. This morning, as I was still in bed, Beau sneaked in a Mukmuk that quadruples the size of my mini Mukmuk under the blanket. At first I was so confused… hahaha how come my mini Mukmuk grew up over night. XD

& so I got up to edit the flash mob video for Youtube, and Beau who had been up since 5am for meetings could finally take a nap. Then he called me over. Another surprise!
